Chief Executive Officer
Keith Laabs oversees KBH’s strategic priorities and external relations functions. He is responsible for ensuring that our team is equipped to excel and for driving our standard of excellence continually higher. Keith holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Psychology from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.

Brandon Garcilazo leads KBH’s business and financial operations. He focuses on optimizing operational processes to ensure KBH is easy to work with and for. This allows our clinical team to put their efforts into driving clinical outcomes. Brandon holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BSE in Electrical + Computer Engineering from Duke University.

Denise DeCandia is a pioneer in autism services in North Carolina. Having founded one of the earliest ABA providers in the state, she is passionate about expanding access to high-quality services. She leads KBH’s recruiting efforts and introduces new clinicians to the field. Denise is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and holds a MS in ABA & Autism Treatment from Sage Graduate School.

Kerin Weingarten leads KBH’s team of highly trained clinicians. She defines our standard of care, continually expands the team’s skillsets, and supports individual cases with particularly challenging problem behaviors. Kerin holds a PhD in Behavior Analysis from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a MA in ABA & Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Aaron Belville leads KBH’s Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions responsible for attracting, developing, and engaging the best talent in our industry. He focuses on building and enhancing an environment in which exceptional people can think BIG, have FUN, do GOOD & be KIND. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb University, a law degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Ole Miss.
