For Clinicians

A Letter From the CEO

At Kind Behavioral Health, we understand that we have a role to play in improving representation at our organization and in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. We encourage each other to be better, do better and learn something every day. A culture built on diversity allows that to happen.

We are strong believers that opportunities should be accessible to all and that our work to create an environment in which exceptional people can think big, have fun, do good and be kind is predicated on filling our team with different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. We recognize that our differences in age, race, gender, gender identity, nationality, sexual orientation, physical abilities, and neurological functioning brings innovation and strength to our clinical work, supporting the values and missions of the company.

At KBH, we will continue to encourage authenticity, celebrate our differences, and find commonality in our desire to serve the community with the highest level of care and compassion. We are committed to behaviors and organizational systems that support this mission and I will hold myself and other leaders accountable to those goals and objectives.

If your personal values align with this message and you are a ROCKSTAR clinician (or aspiring to be one), please review the roles below and reach out to our recruiting team with questions. We’d love to have you join our team!
